Stir2Health products all begin with the name “Bubbas” and you probably wonder why? 

Well, Bubbas is the name that I called my beautiful grandmother.  When I was a little girl and could not pronounce “grandma” the word “Bubbas” came out.  I guess it was pretty catchy because other people started calling her Bubbas as well (family, friends, and even her church members) until the time she passed away. 

 

Although, we all spell Bubbas differently, I came across the perfect definition to describe my precious grandmother found in The Urban Dictionary:  “Bubba – An affectionate word for a loved one. Someone you love infinity and beyond. Bubba gives the best hugs in this world.  I love Bubbas dearly and although she is not with me today, she still inspires me! She was the best grandmother a little girl could ask for!

 

Just like many of you, I’m aiming to understand the best ways of maintaining good health. It’s so difficult in this day and age to gain a healthy balance with everyday meals.  When I grocery shop, it seems like all the unhealthier foods are cheaper and easier to purchase.
